The «Waste to Energy» project is a sustainable initiative that transforms waste management into a circular economy model, using patented technologies that convert waste into energy, hydrocarbons, and reusable materials. This model reduces pollution, eliminates landfills, generates diversified income, and would position Mexico as a leader in sustainability and energy self-sufficiency.

One of the main advantages of these developments is their scalability. Starting with a minimum daily intake of 250 tons of waste, the project generates modules that can be scaled in multiples of 250 tons. This way, we can reach 500 tons in a second phase, and then 1,000 tons of waste per day in a third phase.

Each 250-ton module is responsible for producing 8 MW/hr, making this project a circular technology where waste is converted into energy.

Investment Scheme

To incentivize the construction of these plants, scheme was designed where we will contribute 30% of the total cost of the plant, and the investor will only invest the remaining 70%. This is possible thanks to our financial arm within Imperial D&B Energy.

We will also be able to achieve a full return of 100% of the capital invested by the investor just twelve months after the initial investment. This means that 70% of the plant’s value is returned to the investor, and the recycling plant has virtually zero cost thanks to our various capital generation strategies.
